In Pastor Diran Adeleke’s sermon, we explored the theme of “Double for Your Trouble.” Pastor Adeleke reminded us that life is full of challenges, but God promises restoration and blessings for those who remain faithful. Using the story of Joseph and referencing scriptures from Zechariah 9:12 and Isaiah 61:7, Pastor said God will provide us with double blessings for every trial we endure. Life, he noted, is a warfare, not a funfair, and we must be vigilant against the snares of the enemy, Satan. Yet, in all our battles, we are assured that God has overcome the world and will restore what was lost, giving us twice as much joy and peace. So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed, trust in God’s promise for a brighter and more blessed future.
